Adults At Risk

Select Support Partnerships supports people aged 18 and over who need Community Care Services because of mental health and/or Learning disability. Who are, or may be, unable to take care of themselves, or unable to protect themselves  from significant harm or exploitation.

Included in this group are people with:

• A learning / physical / sensory disability
• Mental ill health or dementia
• Frailty due to age
• Acquired brain injury
• Drug / alcohol problems
• Certain types of physical illness

We work in partnership to protect adults at risk from all forms of abuse. Select Support Partnerships is signed up to local safeguarding procedures.
